About this mattress

The VitalRest is a one-sided pocket sprung mattress with foam comfort layers, for adults, teenagers and the spare room. It feels medium-firm: the foam gives a cushioned surface and the springs keep it supportive. It comes in five sizes from single to super king.

It's built on 1000 individually pocketed springs, which move independently and pass on less movement when two people share the bed. Above them are two 2.5 cm foam layers and 1100 g of polyester filling, under a quilted soft-knit jersey cover.

Good to know

At 25 cm deep it's for beds at standard height and divans, and too deep for bunk beds, high sleepers and cabin beds. It's one-sided, so there's no flipping: turn it head to foot regularly so it wears evenly. It arrives flat and wrapped, ready to use.

Delivery

Most of our mattresses can be delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). The delivery line above shows the time for this mattress.

Some mattresses arrive rolled and boxed, which makes them easy to carry up stairs. Others arrive flat and fully wrapped, ready to sleep on straight away. The specification tells you which.

Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses, and we'll email tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Our delivery policy covers the rest of the UK.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and another 14 days to return it. If your mattress arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we'll put it right.

Full details are in our returns and refunds policy.

Unboxing and care

If it arrives rolled: unbox it soon after delivery, in the room it's going in. Lay it on the bed, carefully cut away the wrapping and let it unroll. You can sleep on it after a few hours, and it reaches full shape within 24 to 72 hours.

If it arrives flat: take off the wrapping and let it air for a few hours before you make the bed.

Rotate it head to toe every few weeks for the first three months, then every three months after that. Only flip it if it's two-sided. A mattress protector keeps it fresh for longer.
