Delivery and returns

Most of our mattresses arrive within three working days, and some can be delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) if you order before the cut-off time. Each mattress page shows its own delivery time, and we'll email tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Some mattresses arrive rolled and boxed: compressed, vacuum packed and easy to carry up narrow stairs. Others arrive flat and fully wrapped, ready to sleep on straight away. Each mattress page says which.

Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses. Our delivery policy explains delivery to the rest of the UK, and we always show any charge at checkout, before you pay.

Please check your order when it arrives and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged. Read our full delivery policy.

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order is dispatched.

Once it's delivered, you have 14 days to tell us you'd like to return it, and another 14 days to send it back or have it collected. Unless it's faulty, the cost of returning it is yours: you can send an unopened mattress back yourself with a tracked courier, or we can collect it for a fixed fee by size, set out in our returns policy.

You can unwrap a mattress to check it. If it's been slept on, marked or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value. Rolled mattresses can't be rolled up again once opened, so they need collecting.

We'll refund you within 14 days of getting it back. Read our full returns and refunds policy.

If your mattress arrives damaged, is faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos. We'll collect it free of charge and arrange a repair, replacement or refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

None of this affects your statutory rights. Any guarantee shown on a mattress page is in addition to them.
