About this mattress
The PocketBalance is a double-sided pocket sprung mattress with a medium-firm feel, for teenagers' and adults' beds and the spare room. It comes in five sizes from single to super king.
Its support comes from 1000 individually pocketed springs. Each spring moves on its own, so the mattress follows your shape and passes on less movement when two people share the bed. A satin pad layer cushions the springs, under a hard-wearing damask cover with air vents in the border and handles on the sides.
Good to know
At 23 cm deep it's for beds at standard height and divans, not bunk beds, high sleepers or cabin beds. Because it's double-sided, flip it and turn it head to foot regularly to keep it wearing evenly. It arrives flat and wrapped, ready to use.

Delivery
Most of our mattresses arrive within three working days, and some can be delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). The delivery line above shows the time for this mattress.
Some mattresses arrive rolled and boxed, which makes them easy to carry up stairs. Others arrive flat and fully wrapped, ready to sleep on straight away. The specification tells you which.
Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses, and we'll email tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Our delivery policy covers the rest of the UK.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and another 14 days to return it. If your mattress arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we'll put it right.

Unboxing and care
If it arrives rolled: unbox it soon after delivery, in the room it's going in. Lay it on the bed, carefully cut away the wrapping and let it unroll. You can sleep on it after a few hours, and it reaches full shape within 24 to 72 hours.
If it arrives flat: take off the wrapping and let it air for a few hours before you make the bed.
Rotate it head to toe every few weeks for the first three months, then every three months after that. Only flip it if it's two-sided. A mattress protector keeps it fresh for longer.
