About this mattress

The Kayflex Platinum is the deepest mattress in Kayflex's memory foam range. It's medium-firm, with a thick layer of memory foam for people who want to sink in a little without losing support.

Kayflex uses 7.5 cm of V60 high-density memory foam on a 17.5 cm reflex foam base. Higher-density memory foam is slower to respond and keeps its shape for longer. The polyester cover zips off.

Good to know

It's 25 cm deep and has no springs. It arrives rolled and vacuum packed. Unroll it within three months of delivery and give it a day or two to reach its full shape. Kayflex makes its mattresses in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.

Kayflex's 5-year warranty gives free repair or replacement in the first year, then covers the foam for years two to five, where you pay a share of the price that rises each year.

Delivery

Most of our mattresses can be delivered the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). The delivery line above shows the time for this mattress.

Some mattresses arrive rolled and boxed, which makes them easy to carry up stairs. Others arrive flat and fully wrapped, ready to sleep on straight away. The specification tells you which.

Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses, and we'll email tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. Our delivery policy covers the rest of the UK.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, and another 14 days to return it. If your mattress arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we'll put it right.

Full details are in our returns and refunds policy.

Unboxing and care

If it arrives rolled: unbox it soon after delivery, in the room it's going in. Lay it on the bed, carefully cut away the wrapping and let it unroll. You can sleep on it after a few hours, and it reaches full shape within 24 to 72 hours.

If it arrives flat: take off the wrapping and let it air for a few hours before you make the bed.

Rotate it head to toe every few weeks for the first three months, then every three months after that. Only flip it if it's two-sided. A mattress protector keeps it fresh for longer.
